Alastair Flett

Alastair began his accounting career in 1987 in Otorohanga, steadily rising through the ranks to become a senior partner by 2010. In 2019, Alastair founded Kiwi Accounting Solutions, driven by his passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses and farms achieve financial clarity and growth.

He enjoys working closely with business owners, offering tailored support to streamline financial processes and build a clear understanding of their operations. Alastair's extensive experience and practical approach make him a trusted advisor to his clients.

Outside of work, Alastair is a dedicated family man. He is a father of five, with two children in Australia and three in New Zealand, as well as a proud grandfather to two grandkids. Alastair loves exploring the open road in his motorhome, making the most of every opportunity to travel and create lasting memories.

Megan Johns

Megan’s career in accounting began in 2007, following a background in the dairy farming and transport industries. Growing up on a dairy farm instilled a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of small businesses, which she now applies to helping clients streamline their processes and gain financial clarity.

She enjoys working with small to medium-sized businesses, supporting them in achieving their goals, setting up efficient systems, and developing a strong financial understanding of their operations.

Outside of work, Megan loves traveling in her motorhome and spending quality time with her two kids and two grandkids. With a son in the Waikato and a daughter in Brisbane, she makes the most of every opportunity to visit family and create lasting memories.
